We are currently looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join the DRNewitt team. DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.

You will have 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally operating within a Manufacturing or Renewable Energy markets. You will be a completely self-starter / motivated & have the ability to work on your own, but be part of a large VERY successful group. You will be degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join an established team and build on your existing recruitment knowledge in a booming market.

• You must be a 360 recruiter with a proven experience of hitting your annual targets
• Ideally you would have experience within Manufacturing or Renewable Energy Markets, however if you are looking to change market/become a specialist then we would still consider your profile.
• Your hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism
• HUGE desire to be the top Biller within the company

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed
• Financially driven
• Confident and outgoing personality with ability to push outside of your comfort zone
• Experience of hitting targets & beyond within Recruitment environment year after year
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard in a fast-paced environment
