We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function. This is a key role providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle ensuring HR processes run smoothly, efficiently and in line with company policies.
This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and an interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support across onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR documentation including but not limited to:
Changes to Terms and Conditions letters, Contracts of Employment, salary review letters, promotion letters. - Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting payroll processes by managing starters, leavers and changes.
- Assisting with absence management and HR reporting.
- Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support in our HR inbox.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
A degree is not essential; however candidates should have at least one year of experience working in HR within a professional environment.
