A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12‑18‑month fixed‑term contract. This fully remote role offers the chance to work closely with the Chief People Officer on strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across areas like employee relations, performance management, and talent reviews while contributing to governance development and cross‑functional project delivery.

What You’ll Do:- Partner with senior leadership to deliver high‑impact HR strategies and transformation projects.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives such as policy harmonisation and process redesigns.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across HR functions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases in the UK and EU.
- Guide managers through performance management cycles and talent reviews using tools like the 9‑box grid.
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding planning, people metrics analysis, and organisational reviews as needed.
- Proven experience in HR with strong project management skills and a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in performance management cycles and governance frameworks within international settings.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred; exposure to EU HR environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare impactful materials for senior audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with adaptability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
