As part of our New Talent Business Partnering team, you’ll be someone who combines strong data analysis skills with exceptional people‑focused insight. You’ll turn data into meaningful trends and recommendations, while building trusted relationships with our on scheme New Talent to stay closely connected to their experiences. What

You’ll Be Doing Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage, analyse, and interpret data relating to our apprenticeship and graduate programmes, using insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance programme quality.
  • Review engagement feedback to identify strengths and opportunities for further development.
Stakeholder Support & Guidance
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for apprentices, graduates, managers, and training providers.
  • Provide guidance to ensure managers, mentors, and learners are fully supported throughout their journey.
  • Partner with New Talent Business Partners to build and maintain programme calendars, team reports and shared documentation.
  • Support in the organisation and delivery of key events including pre‑joiner sessions, induction weeks, development activities, and celebration events.
  • Coordinate the full learner lifecycle across our New Talent programmes, including onboarding new providers and apprentices, managing placement rotations, and supporting smooth off‑scheme transitions into permanent roles.
  • Liaise with training providers, monitor performance, and take action where required.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Support the maintenance and coordination of New Talent resources for internal colleagues such as intranet pages and guidance documents
  • Manage hotel bookings for residential learning activities and handle related queries.
  • Oversee invoice processing, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely payments.

You'll be based at our
Severn Trent Centre in Coventry.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience
  • Experience in an office or customer‑focused environment; early careers or L&D experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Confident using Office 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Teams, Power

    BI and Outlook.
  • Extremely confident working with data to generate insights and support decision‑making. Strong administration skills are a must have.
