What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will proactively generate new business by connecting with prospective clients through B2B calls and meetings. You will negotiate competitive fees and focus on delivering commercial value to our partners. As you manage and grow client accounts, you will become their trusted point of contact for all recruitment needs. Your daily work will include crafting compelling job advertisements and leveraging social media platforms to engage with potential talent, as well as sourcing candidates through job boards, professional referrals, and your personal network.

You will conduct interviews, oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish, and ensure compliance with all regulations, including Right to Work checks and internal procedures. By building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, you will help create meaningful connections that support the success of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality clients across the Northwest UK.

· Source, register, and interview Chefs, Front of House, and Back of House personnel for temporary roles.

· On-site Staff check-ins at Events and Football Matches

· Advertise job vacancies and screen applications to identify top talent.

· Coordinate placements, organise rotas, and ensure both client and candidate satisfaction.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates before, during, and after assignments.

· Keep up to date with industry trends and local market demands.

· On-call duties on a rota basis

What We are Looking For

· Previous experience in recruitment or the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential).

· Excellent communication and people skills.

· Strong organisational abilities and diligence.

· A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and candidate availability.

· A genuine passion for people and the hospitality sector.

. A flexible approach to working hours is needed as we are a hospitality agency and work hours are not strictly 9-5 Mon-Friday! Please do not apply if you are Rigid and not able to work various shift patterns.
