** Talent, Learning & Development Manager
** to join our Talent Team. Whilst your location can be nationwide, the role will involve you facilitating a blend of virtual and in person training programmes.

** SALARY:
Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5
**** What You’ll be Doing as a Talent, Learning & Development Manager
** The Talent, Learning & Development Manager role focuses on building employee skills, supporting career growth, and strengthening organisational capability.

This position designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programmes while partnering with leaders and the People team to create a culture of continuous development.

You will have the freedom to be creative and review any current learning programmes and make them your own.
** You will:
*** Conduct training needs assessments to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
* Design, implement, and facilitate learning programmes (in person, virtual, and blended).
* Lead on the development of learning materials; guides, presentations, e learning modules, job aids.
* Track and report training participation, effectiveness, and ROI using learning metrics.
* Administer and update the learning management system (LMS); ensure accurate training records.
* Support talent programmes including onboarding, leadership development and career pathing.
* Support talent reviews, succession planning, and yearly performance development processes.
* Support change management and organisational development initiatives.
* Partner with the People team to align learning strategies with organisational goals.
* Stay current on learning trends, tools, and best practices.
** What We Would Like You To Bring
*** Qualification in L&D, HR, Organisational Development or similar (e.g. CIPD)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D or talent development roles.
* Strong facilitation, instructional design, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyse data and evaluate programme effectiveness.
* Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
* Experience designing digital or blended learning programmes.
