  Year 1 OTE: £45k+ | Year 2 OTE: £65k+ | Year 3 OTE: £100k+ 💰

• Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.

• Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.

• Experience working in Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people
• You enjoy working in a results‑orientated and targeted environment.
• Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
