Thrive School Solutions is an education recruitment and consultancy business run by teachers, for teachers. We specialise in pastoral, behaviour, inclusion and non‑teaching roles, supporting schools with the people they need most.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a driven Remote Recruitment Consultant to grow with us.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Thrive, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with schools and candidates while working remotely and flexibly.

• Building and managing relationships with schools and trusts
• Recruiting candidates for pastoral, support and specialist roles
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Candidate sourcing, screening and compliance
• Developing your own desk with autonomy and support

• An experienced education recruiter
• A teacher or school leader ready to move into recruitment
• Someone with sales, people or consultancy experience who understands schools

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work remotely
