Talent Development Lead
Location: The Lumen, St James' Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne, various ‘spoke’ offices throughout the North East and remote working arrangements.
Salary: £46,142 - £49,282 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to: Strategic People Partner – Talent and L&D

We’re looking for a learning specialist in Talent Development who will play a pivotal role in building capability across our organisation. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high‑quality, inclusive, and innovative learning that empowers colleagues at every level. Working closely with our Strategic People Partner for Talent and L&D, you’ll turn strategic workforce priorities into engaging development opportunities that truly make a difference.
From facilitating inspiring workshops to crafting blended learning solutions, you’ll help create a thriving culture of continuous growth and curiosity.
As a trusted learning expert, you’ll collaborate with leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to co‑create impactful programmes that strengthen talent pathways, enhance performance, and support our future workforce. You’ll use data and evaluation insight to continually refine and improve our offer, champion digital learning solutions, and introduce fresh ideas that keep us ahead of emerging trends.
