Description

The People & Culture Coordinator plays an important role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and employee-focused People & Culture service within a fast-paced property and asset management environment. This role goes beyond administration, taking ownership of key processes across the employee lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders to support engagement, well-being, and operational excellence.

The People & Culture Coordinator will leverage the organisation’s HRIS, Bamboo

HR, to optimise processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience. The role also provides opportunities to lead smaller projects, contribute to people initiatives, and help foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

The role will be based in our Glasgow office, reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture. Our Glasgow office operates under a hybrid working model of 4 days office based, one day working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise our HRIS people database (Bamboo

    HR) to optimise efficiency, reporting capability, and overall effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Assist in coordinating employee recruitment, onboarding, payroll & benefits, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers.
  • Process multiple payrolls accurately and within deadlines, partnering closely with Finance and external providers where required.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and uphold the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional guidance.
  • Lead small projects within the People & Culture team to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Contribute to organising and facilitating well-being programmes and events that support a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on People & Culture initiatives, driving consistency and best practice.
  • Support the drafting and coordination of People & Culture communications and documentation.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, standardisation, and improved coordination.
  • Such other duties or functions that may be required by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR role, ideally at Coordinator level or within a fast-paced People function.
  • Essential: experience processing multiple payrolls with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using HR systems; familiarity with Bamboo

    HR is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across the business.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Passion for employee well-being and mental health initiatives is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with data and producing reports to support business insights.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practice and employment processes.
  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified, or working towards certification, is desirable.
