Hospitality Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

Salary: £35,000 DOE + Commission

We're looking for a proven Hospitality Recruitment Consultant who knows how to bill, build relationships, and deliver, without being micromanaged.

This is a fully remote position, so you must be self‑motivated, focused, and commercially sharp. If you need constant direction or struggle to manage your own time, this won't be the right fit.

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on permanent placements (approx. 70%) alongside temporary recruitment (approx. 30%).

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing hospitality professionals
• Managing temporary workers when required
• Consistently billing and working toward revenue targets
• Maintaining high service levels for both clients and candidates

This is non‑negotiable:

• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment
• A strong billing history (you will be asked about performance)
• Experience managing both permanent and temporary desks
• Confidence in business development and client management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly organised, focused and commercially driven

You must be proactive, resilient and results‑focused. We want someone switched on, who understands margins, urgency, and the pace of hospitality recruitment.
