RHR are working with this expanding retail client to hire for the following role:
HR Business Partner – Retail OperationsJoin a leading retail group with over 1,000 staff across 200+ sites, currently expanding rapidly. We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support the UK-wide retail operations.
- Day-to-day operational HR support for retail managers and teams
- Focus on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and people engagement
- Coach managers to become more independent in HR matters
- Work closely with HR Manager, peer HRBP, payroll, admin, and L&D teams
- Fast-paced, evolving retail environment; process improvement mindset required
- Hybrid role: 3 days in West London office, flexible remote working
- Competitive salary (£50-55k), bonus, pension, healthcare after probation, holiday allowance negotiable
- Must have strong HR experience in multi-site retail or hospitality; CIPD Level 5 desirable
