Recruitment Consultant - Monarch Education - Nottingham

Monarch Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our team in Nottingham, to work within our new office in central Nottingham. • Location:
  
  55 Maid Marian Way, Nottingham NG1 6GE
• Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (depending on experience) and commission
• Hours:
  
  37.5 hours a week, 7.30-4.30 in term time and reduced hours in the holidays (5 hours per day)
• Desk:
  Warm desk ready for you to hit the ground running
• Hybrid / Work from Home available after initial training

• Regular performance reviews and opportunities for further development

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions

• Sales experience or resourcing experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruitment as a 360-recruitment consultant is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship building skills to attract candidates and clients
• A bubbly and confident individual who is a target driven and goal orientated
• Full Driving License
