Working as a team you will provide regular advice and support on employment practices and process improvements identified via employment law changes, business activity, case trends and understanding of line management capability.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to all things ER. This is a permanent position reporting to the Head of ER with the flexibility to work either on a hybrid basis from our Leeds office or on a remote basis.
