Position: Company Secretarial Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our CoSec team. Some experience supporting UK corporate clients within a company secretarial team is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Help ensure statutory documents are submitted on time, including confirmation statements and annual accounts, draft and file Companies House forms, prepare board minutes and resolutions, and keep statutory registers up to date.
  • Use Diligent Entities software, send reminders, and handle routine queries.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong IT and organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a focus on client service.
  • Experience with Diligent Entities is helpful but not essential.
  • Ability to work from Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester or Cardiff with some flexibility to work from home.
