Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Specialist Hedge Fund Headhunters. Join a global specialist recruitment search firm working across Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Investment Banks, Crypto, and Fin Tech. Placing the most in-demand technologists, data scientists, engineers, and traders into leading firms worldwide, with offices in New York, Chicago, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shanghai.

Taking a unique hybrid approach, blending contingent recruitment with executive search, focusing on candidates who are not only highly sought after but command exceptional salaries, with placements exceeding £1 million packages. Typical deal sizes range from £60k-£80k, but it’s not unusual for deals to hit the £120k-£150k range.

In your first year, you can expect to complete just a handful of deals and take home between £45k-£60k.

• Academically excellent:
  You’ll need AAB+ at A-Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university.
• Confident and credible:
  You’ll be working with some of the smartest candidates on the planet - graduates from Oxbridge and Ivy League schools who were the top 5% of their class. You must be comfortable and assured when engaging with these high performers.
• Financially driven:
  The earning potential is huge, and you can start making serious money from day one. A recent graduate hire earned over £100k in their first year. If the idea of uncapped commission and life-changing pay excites you, this is the place to be.
• Research-focused:
  You’ll need a methodical, detail-driven approach to succeed when recruiting for world-leading hedge funds.
• Resilient and hardworking:
  You must be driven, ambitious, and gritty. Whether it’s through academics, sport, part-time work, or life experience, you should have a track record of pushing yourself and delivering.

• Uncapped commission from day one, up to 40%, with even higher rates once you become a Team Lead
