A friendly and driven boutique international recruitment agency based near Liverpool Street station is looking for a Recruitment consultant to join their team.
They are a fantastic team of people working collaboratively and with huge scope for progression. They also have an office in Singapore.
They are not salesy/KPI focused and have an impressive portfolio of clients around the world.
This is a recruitment consultant role placing personnel around the world and managing a busy desk as well as taking on client and account management duties.
Responsibilities- To liaise with key client stakeholders on personnel requirements.
- Developing existing accounts alongside Account Managers
- Adherence to internal administration and compliance processes as referenced in the sales handbook
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and develop relationships to ensure all candidates are informed, valued, and engaged with current and future opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with candidates registered on database to ensure current and up to date information on availability, work status, and understanding of existing market trends
- Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
- To ensure all candidate information on our CRM is accurate and up to date and to provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.
- Provide first line support for all enquiries
They organise socials etc on a regular basis and offer great career progression.
Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience plus a generous commission structure and benefits (usually a minimum of £50,000 with commission).
Mondays working from home and rest of the week at their office near Liverpool Street.
