Job Description

We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global People Experience team. You will work closely with our Head of People Engagement, and gain a breadth and depth of experience on varied assignments across all areas of Engagement - Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Recognition and Wellbeing, Social Impact. Your work will have a direct impact on the experiences of all the people in our organization, and help advance inclusivity, sustainability transformation and progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Collaborate and guide our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and leadership team to deliver on their objectives and mission to advance equity
    -Women at Unit4, Pride at Unit4, Mental Health and Access at Unit4, and People of Color s includes planning and organizing our yearly calendar of activities linked to international worlddays(to mark particular events or topics through awareness and action), working on targeted activities for the priority topics of each ERG, and supporting work streams dedicated to implement changes in the employee experience to make it more inclusive
  • Develop, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with key external partners in our growth locations together with our talent acquisition team, aimed at driving people from underrepresented backgrounds to join the tech industry (i.e Women in tech) – with coordination of local activities such as trainings, workshops or targeted communication sin Poland, Portugal, Spain and Indonesia
  • Manage the delivery of key employee recognition schemes and platform management– peer recognition program and anniversary program - and our anniversary volunteering program Act4

  • Maintain content and information about engagement initiatives in our internal knowledge base and SharePoint site to ensure employees can self-serve and find up to date information
  • Work in constant collaboration with our communications team – draft key messages, content and communications plans - to promote and encourage people to take part in engagement activities across the whole of Unit4
  • Maintain engagement content available in our careers site, and develop external content and campaigns to drive our employer branding messages
Qualifications
  • You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • You enjoy a stimulating environment and want to take ownership.
  • You are comfortable working with people from different cultures and regions, and curious about global perspectives.
  • You have awareness of what makes a workplace inclusive and engaging, with a genuine interest in diversity, wellbeing, and social impact.
  • You have the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders and partners
  • You are capable of planning, coordinating, and keeping track of multiple activities or initiatives at once
  • You are able to write and communicate clearly with diverse audiences, both internally and externally
  • Minimum 6 months ofwork experience required
