Join our Global HR reporting team and contribute to shaping and improving reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks. In this role, you will combine operational reporting tasks with analytical responsibility and close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders worldwide.
How you will create impact:- Prepare, maintain and further develop global HR reports and dashboards
- Support the definition, harmonization and monitoring of global HR KPI standards
- Analyze complex HR datasets and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting cycles
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards for different stakeholder groups
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, Finance and Business Operations across multiple locations
- Support ongoing projects (e.g., automation, digitalization, KPI optimization)
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and assist with system enhancements (SAP / Success Factors)
- 2+ years of experience in HR reporting/analytics within a commercial environment
- Practical experience with SAP HR and Success Factors
- Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in Power BI a plus
- High affinity for working with data, systems, and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience of communicating findings clearly in a business context
