Monarch Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Manchester. If you are an ambitious, commercially-minded and people-focused individual looking to establish yourself in the Recruitment Industry and achieve a successful career for yourself - then look no further!

• Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:30 (Term Time)
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 14:00 (School Holidays)
• Hybrid / Work from Home available after probation.
• Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped commission structure
• Your birthday & Christmas Eve off! (In addition to your annual leave entitlement).

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
• Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.

• To have worked in a recruitment or sales environment previously
• Full Driving License
