Safran Engineering Services UK Limited is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is primarily home-based with occasional travel to Gloucester, Cwmbran or Pitstone. The HRBP is essential in supporting the company's people strategy through effective HR services and compliance with UK payroll processes.
Responsibilities include managing employee records, overseeing HR policies, and providing training support. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge in Training & Development, and excellent communication skills.
