Position: Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Flexible/Hybrid/Remote

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into permanent positions with our clients. They will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting new and existing clients.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to remain competitive.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
