As our Internal Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of all hiring for the Scede business, alongside supporting our customer facing Talent Partners as required.

Role note: this role is initially a fixed-term contract and requires prior rec-to-rec experience.

• Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process.
• Work closely with our Senior Management team to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices.
• Source passive candidates alongside the management of inbound applications to create a strong pipeline of readily available candidates.
• Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to support employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment in the rec-to-rec space.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement.
• A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an ‘always learning’ mentality.
