Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a startup organisation, on the recruitment of a Part Time HR Manager. My client is looking for someone who can commit to 3 days a week, with 1 day in the office and 2 working from home.

This organisation is growing significantly and looking to strengthen their foundation to make the scale possible. You will drive the strategy, systems, and leadership behaviours that create a high-performing, people-first workplace.

Duties:
  • Coach leaders on setting clear objectives, giving effective feedback, and leading high performing teams.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, listening sessions, and feedback loops to enhance connection and commitment.
  • Serve as a confidential and trusted advisor on employee concerns, team dynamics, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Leverage data to drive insights around turnover, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Identify and address learning needs; create development programs for emerging and established talent.
  • Champion an inclusive, values-driven culture grounded in excellence, trust, and wellbeing.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through onboarding.
  • Attract mission-aligned talent by shaping a compelling employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Partner with managers to plan headcount, assess skills gaps, and evolve org design as they grow.
Skills/

Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated – a self-starter, who is used to identifying the most effective way to approach and resolve issues and meet targets and deadlines
  • Proven HR or People leadership experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within Med Tech, healthcare, or technology
  • Degree preferred and CIPD qualified to level 5 or above
  • Solid understanding of UK & Ireland employment law
  • Strong background in performance management, employee engagement, and cultural strategy
  • Proficient in HR technology, systems, and people analytics
