Permanent

Hybrid Home & Folkestone

Saga is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our proactive in-house recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a business where no two days are the same. From technology, data and marketing to finance, travel, insurance and contact centres, you’ll recruit across a wide variety of functions and gain exposure to a dynamic plc operating in regulated markets.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team that works in a consultative way with hiring managers, balancing commercial needs with an excellent candidate experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys pace, variety and partnership, and who brings recruitment expertise from either a 360 agency environment or a varied in-house team.

At Saga, you’ll have the tools, support and brand behind you to deliver successful hiring campaigns and make a visible impact. If you’re passionate about people, sourcing great talent and shaping outstanding recruitment experiences, this could be your next exciting move.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga, combining home working with time in the office. For this role, the team is typically based in Folkestone for around 2 to 3 days each week.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the Saga Group to recruit for a broad range of positions at different levels, each with its own skill set, criteria and stakeholder group. You’ll play a key role in delivering effective, inclusive and commercially minded recruitment support, with responsibilities including:

  • Advising stakeholders on recruitment best practice and shaping attraction strategies across multiple channels
  • Delivering diverse candidate shortlists that give hiring teams access to the strongest available talent
  • Using proactive sourcing techniques, including headhunting and CV searching, to fully map and engage the market
  • Screening CVs and applications fairly against role criteria, and providing evidence-based insights to support hiring decisions
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment journey
  • Creating compelling adverts tailored to the target market while acting as an external ambassador for the Saga brand
  • Supporting interviews and assessment days when required
  • Following recruitment processes and principles to ensure applicant data is handled securely and accurately within the ATS
  • Managing offers and rejections professionally, ensuring candidates who attend interviews receive timely communication
The Ideal Candidate

You’ll already have experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring market, with hands‑on involvement across the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate the following strengths:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels across a plc business
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team
  • Credibility as a recruiter, with a consultative style and the ability to add value to recruitment campaigns
  • A tenacious, solution‑focused mindset and a commitment to balancing the needs of hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong problem‑solving and information‑gathering skills
