Our Associate Education Consultant programme is a 6-to-12-month training programme designed to give ambitious individuals the skills, knowledge, and confidence to break into the industry – no prior experience required. We currently have training opportunities in all of our offices across England.

Comprehensive Training – Learn the fundamentals of education recruitment, including candidate sourcing, client management, and interview techniques. Mentorship & Support – Receive guidance from experienced consultants who will help you develop your skills.

Hands-On Experience – Work alongside our team, gaining real-world insight into the fast-paced world of recruitment. Career Progression – Successful trainees have the opportunity to transition into full-time Education Consultant roles.

The Associate Education Consultant training programme is designed to cover all aspects of the 360-recruitment cycle. All we ask is you have the drive to succeed with a great work ethic.

We’ll help you with everything else so by the end of the programme you’ll be a fully equipped Education Consultant, ready to manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients.

• Resourcing teachers and teaching assistants for job roles
• Searching job sites for CVs and attending career fairs
• Utilising the company database to recruit candidates
• Writing job adverts to attract candidates
• Interviewing candidates in person, online and off-site on registration days
• Liaising with the Education Consultants to ensure these candidates are placed out to work
• Writing candidate profiles

Once you are confident to move to the next stage you will then begin your client training. This will consist of:

• Visiting schools with colleagues
• Positive marketing of candidates
• Client business development and lead generation
• Developing new client relationships and account managing existing ones

Our Associate Education Consultant training programme is adapted to suit individual needs. You must be presentable, proficient on IT platforms and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. As this is a sales role, previous sales experience is preferable but anyone who can demonstrate impeccable customer service with a strong work ethic will be considered. Whilst knowledge of special needs and/or education is an advantage, it’s not essential as full sector training will be provided.

• Salary starting from £26.5k, depending upon experience
• Very competitive bonus scheme (to be discussed at interview stage)
• Full time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am and 6pm)
