Salary:
Up to £60,000

Commission structure: earn up to 50% of your billings, plus a fantastic array of perks and incentives.

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our boutique agency, Pro‑Recruitment Group, which is a leading recruiter for Finance and Tax professionals. Our business has adapted to a fully hybrid model – most staff are in the office one day per week, the rest work from home. We want to support you with training and development programmes to give you a clear progression path.

• Build key relationships with new and existing clients, account managing.
• Sourcing both active and passive candidates and managing the full recruitment process from end to end.
• Recruit for a range of Finance and Accounting roles, from qualified level to senior positions, working with global household names and local clients.

• Results‑oriented with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Experience managing talent pools of both passive and active candidates.
• Proficient in handling multiple vacancies, taking client briefings, and identifying the best candidates.
• Ability to manage the recruitment process and excel in end‑to‑end recruitment.
