Adecco is seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join their team in the United Kingdom. This role will involve supporting day-to-day employee relations on a flexible, predominantly remote basis with occasional travel to Lincoln.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in managing employee relations cases, sickness absence management, and delivering HR advice. The contract is for 3 months with a pay rate of £15.38 - £17.90 per hour, depending on experience.
