Job Summary

Onsite Recruitment Coordinator in Glasgow with some remote work available. Flexible hours across a 24/7, 7-day operation.

In this fast-paced, people-focused position you will be at the heart of our onsite operations, supporting candidates and clients. You will ensure the smooth running of a 24‑hour operation, manage workforce planning, candidate management, and deliver exceptional service.

• Schedule workers across a 24/7 operation
• Manage and update rotas in real time
• Recruit, screen and onboard new candidates
• Act as the main point of contact for onsite workers
• Build strong relationships with the client and maintain service levels
• Resolve queries, manage attendance and ensure shift coverage
• Support operational delivery and adapt to changing workforce demands

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Experience in recruitment, coordination or workforce planning (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, reactive environment
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings and weekends
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
