Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Engineering team. • Run end-to-end recruitment for engineering clients across a broad range of disciplines
• Grow a client portfolio and build lasting relationships in a sector that values expertise
• Develop your desk with the full backing of our operations, BD, and marketing teams
• Deliver results in a high-performing, well-rewarded environment

• Engineering, technical, or manufacturing background and/or experience in recruitment
• Strong sales ability and a consultative, client-first approach
• Excellent communication skills, ambition, and a positive attitude
• Self-motivation and the hunger to build something great
• Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification (desirable)

• Uncapped earnings – competitive base salary plus up to 25% commission on all billings, every month
