Careers Springboard in Gerrards Cross is seeking a Volunteer HR Coach to provide online coaching to job seekers across the UK. This role aims to positively impact those seeking employment by offering support and guidance during their job search.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of coaching experience and a recognised Coaching qualification. Volunteer coaches will be integrated into a supportive environment with regular Zoom meetings to facilitate ongoing development.
