Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations

Working within a fast‑paced hospital setting you will support a diverse workforce, including clinical and non‑clinical teams, helping to create a positive, supportive and highly performing workplace.

We are looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and committed HR Professional who can drive this vision forward. The role is instrumental in delivering a high‑quality HR service, supporting staff across the organisation to achieve meaningful outcomes aligned with the Trust’s values so they can continue to provide outstanding care to our patients.

We operate a hybrid model of on site and home working.

Locations:
Cross site - Yeomans Way, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Poole Hospital.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on aspects of employment law and best practice as well as the interpretation and application of employment terms and conditions, policies and national directives.
• Manage employee relations caseloads, including supporting complex grievances, disciplinary, attendance management, civility and performance cases.
• Support Employment Tribunals and maintain your own portfolio within a programme of work.
• Provide leadership, manage and develop Senior HR Advisors and HR Advisors, empowering them to deliver and driving continuous improvement.
