Butler Rose is expanding its high-performing South West team and we're looking for an experienced recruiter ready to take ownership of a warm, established Accountancy & Finance desk.

This is an opportunity for a proven biller to step into an existing client base and build on strong foundations.

• Warm, performing desk with active clients and live roles

This role suits someone who doesn't want to start from scratch - but does want the freedom and support to scale.

• Managing and developing a high-potential A&F desk across the South West
• Building long-term relationships with clients and finance professionals
• Driving billings growth while maintaining high service standards
• Identifying opportunities to expand into new areas

• A proven recruiter (agency) with a consistent billing track record
