Safran Engineering Services UK Limited is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is primarily home-based with occasional travel to Gloucester, Cwmbran, or Pitstone. The HRBP will contribute to the company’s people strategy through effective HR service delivery, administration, and payroll oversight.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR roles, with strong skills in Training & Development and knowledge of UK payroll processes. Work-life balance is promoted with generous benefits such as 185 hours of holiday per year and a pension scheme.
