* Year 1: £40,000 - £60,000 OTE Year 2: £60,000 - £80,000 OTE Year 3: £80,000+ OTE
* Many of our consultants outperform these benchmarks. We currently have Year 1 recruiters earning what we would typically expect from Year 2 consultants, while some of our team with 3+ years' experience typically earn in excess of the year 3 figures. What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with finance and accountancy professionals across your market Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients Making outbound sales calls to candidates and hiring managers Managing the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement Negotiating offers and closing deals Building and maintaining a strong network within your market Becoming a specialist within your chosen sector Working towards individual and team targets Generating repeat business through exceptional relationship management What We're Looking For We're less interested in what industry you've worked in and more interested in your attitude and personality.

You'll be:
