The Role Managing and growing your own education recruitment desk Building strong relationships with schools and candidates Sourcing, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff Delivering outstanding customer service Developing existing accounts and maximising opportunities Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained About You Previous experience within Education Recruitment Proven billing track record Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercially aware and target-driven Looking for flexibility without sacrificing earning potential
