Location: Warrington / Hybrid

Gap Technical, a specialist engineering recruitment agency, is expanding its team in Warrington to support our strong year‑on‑year growth. We serve a broad client base across the North West and North Wales and are proud to hold Investors in People Gold status and a two‑star best company award.

• Identify and develop new client accounts in the engineering and scientific sectors.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain key accounts and grow a recruitment desk.
• Provide training and development for aspiring recruiters without prior experience.

• Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of developing key accounts or growing a recruitment desk.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to apply new knowledge quickly.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiable salary of 35,000 Per Annum (subject to experience).
• High achiever bonus scheme up to 25%.
