Radis Group is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to directly impact culture and employee experience within our People Services Team. This home-based role with regular visits to our Tamworth Head Office involves managing complex employee relations cases while coaching and supporting managers to foster a supportive workplace.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification, extensive knowledge of UK employment law, and a proven track record in employee relations. Join us to shape impactful ER practices!
