We’re on the hunt for a Norwegian-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t just any recruitment job – it’s an opportunity to become a key player in shaping our presence in Norway. You’ll start in Manchester, learning from our UK team, before potentially building out your own team in Norway in the future.

• Finding the best talent – Sourcing, screening, and matching Norwegian-speaking candidates with exciting opportunities.
• Building relationships – Getting to know both clients and candidates to truly understand their needs.
• Driving business growth – Identifying new clients and business opportunities within the Norwegian energy sector.
• Managing the full recruitment process – From initial contact to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Collaborating with our UK team – Learning from experienced recruiters and helping to establish Applica’s footprint in Norway.
• Shaping the future – With the potential to lead recruitment efforts in Norway, this role offers serious career progression.

• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
