Croda is seeking a Change Management Lead to play a critical role in our Global HR Transformation programme. This hybrid position is based at our Global HQ in Cowick, Snaith, and requires strong communication skills, change management expertise, and a track record in HR transformation.
In this role, you will lead stakeholder engagement activities, design global training strategies, and monitor transformation effectiveness. Candidates should have experience in blended learning solutions and familiarity with change frameworks.
