Headquarters (agile working with some home working possible).

We are seeking a People Administrator to support the People Officer (Recruitment & Selection) in delivering a high‑quality, efficient, and customer‑focused recruitment service to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of recruitment and selection administration activities across internal and external processes, including right‑to‑work checks for all new employees and ensuring compliance with governing policy and legislation.
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and people‑function colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Respond to recruitment‑related queries, providing a professional and customer‑focused service at all times.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, in line with deadlines, KPIs and People policies.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of people processes, particularly within recruitment and selection.
  • Proven experience of working with administrative procedures and systems to deliver a high‑quality, transactional HR service.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment, working collaboratively as part of a small team.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, organization and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and team objectives.
