People Management magazine is seeking an HR Advisor for a 12-month FTC based in North East Lincolnshire. The role offers a salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience, flexible working conditions including one day a week from home, and additional benefits such as 25 days of holiday and an onsite gym.
As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential support to head office functions, managing employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance processes. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in high-volume HR environments and a proactive approach to advisory services.
