Location: Greater London
Fiete Netwark is seeking a Lead Recruiter to enhance volunteer recruitment and support. The successful candidate will create streamlined recruitment processes while advocating for diversity and inclusion. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle and collaborating with team leads to attract diverse candidates.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of recruiting experience in the UK and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
This is a remote position, requiring a commitment of 5-8 hours per week for at least one year.
