We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing specialist team in Sheffield, working on a national portfolio of clients.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within a specialist market. You’ll have the autonomy to build and grow your desk, supported by an established brand, strong infrastructure, and a collaborative team environment.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between office-based collaboration and remote working.

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
• Building and nurturing long‑term client partnerships across the UK
• Sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top‑tier candidates within your specialist market
• Driving revenue growth through strategic business development
• Collaborating with a high‑performing, specialist team to share market insights and opportunities
• Maintaining a consultative approach, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (ideally 3+ years)
• Strong track record of billing and business development success
• Experience in a specialist or niche market is advantageous
• Commercially driven with a consultative mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
