Talent Acquisition Advisor – Fixed Term Contract (FTC) – Liverpool
Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading logistics business seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join them on a FTC until October. This role will be based in Liverpool and allows 1 day per week working from home.
The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 - £35,000.
Responsibilities- Supporting managers with key acquisitions and campaigns
- Actively sourcing and screening candidates for live vacancies
- Drafting adverts, scheduling interviews and gaining feedback
- Previous experience within a recruitment / TA position, either in house or agency
- Experience using an ATS System (Success Factor is desirable)
- Have strong engagement and organisation skills
- Good communication and relationship skills
