About the role

We're looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our Hiring team to help us source and hire talented, diverse people into our tech recruitment team.

London or Remote (UK) – Salary: £45,000 - £65,000; 12‑month FTC.

• Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run hiring processes, identify needed skills, assess candidates, challenge assumptions, and secure talent.
• Care deeply about diversity, inclusiveness, and creating an amazing candidate experience; recruit from a broad range of backgrounds and ensure a welcoming and effortless hiring process.
• Continuously refine hiring processes; use data to identify what works and where improvements are needed.

• Experience recruiting for fast‑paced, product‑focused tech companies.
• Strong commitment to inclusiveness and diversity.
• Excellent sourcing skills and resourcefulness.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and respectful of candidates’ needs and priorities.
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders with differing needs.
• Able to assess skills without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.

• Experience recruiting in‑house at a startup or scale‑up.
• Direct experience working with senior stakeholders.

• Salary £45,000–£65,000, dependent on experience.
• London or remote within the UK; occasional travel to the London office.
• Flexible working hours; trust to work needed hours at times that suit you.
• Learning budget £1,000 per year for books, training courses, and conferences.
