We are looking for a Talent & Development Apprentice to support both our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and hiring talent to supporting onboarding, training, and development. In this role, you will help ensure both recruitment and training processes run smoothly across our global offices, working closely with experienced colleagues across both teams.
TalentAcquisition Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across multiple roles and locations
- Post job adverts, review applications and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Keep recruitment processes organised, efficient and candidate‑focused
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks such as researching salaries, writing email copy, drafting marketing materials for Linked In, or developing job adverts
- Act as a key point of contact for training administration and respond to global colleague queries
- Support and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate the global induction programme, including scheduling sessions and preparing tailored induction packs
- Assist with the delivery and follow‑up of training sessions as needed
- Coordinate external training courses and manage related administration
- Maintain and update internal guides and process documentation
- Grade 6 or higher (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English; A‑Levels an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent numerical skills
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of HR data and understanding its sensitive nature
- Friendly and approachable demeanour and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite is advantageous but not essential
- Salary: £22,500 per annum
- Discretionary profit share bonuses paid twice per year
