Role Overview

As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities. Build strong, long‑term partnerships with key industry players.
  • Tailored Recruitment Solutions: Understand clients' specific business needs and provide customised recruitment solutions to address those requirements effectively.
  • Business Development: Use sales acumen, business development strategies, and networking to identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the engineering sector.

  • Social Selling Proficiency: Awareness of social selling techniques, with the ability to leverage platforms like Linked In to connect with clients and candidates, build brand presence, and generate leads and solutions.
  • Customer‑Centric Approach: A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Positive and Collaborative: A friendly team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative work culture.
