Willmott Dixon Group is excited to offer an opportunity for a graduate to join their management trainee programme in HR. The role involves providing support within the People Experience team based in Letchworth Garden City while working 3 to 4 days per week onsite with flexibility to work from home.
Ideal candidates will be proactive, people-focused, and have a relevant degree. You will gain valuable experience in various HR functions and receive support for CIPD qualification study.
