Job Search Place Limited is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join their People Services Team in the UK. This home-based role, with visits to the Tamworth office, requires managing complex employee relations cases while partnering with managers to ensure fair outcomes and enhance employee experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in ER casework, in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
